Where we can enjoy peace and quite on the beach to take in the beautiful crystal clear water and watch an amazing sunset but still be conveniently close enough to make a quick run into town is where I chose to invest many years ago.

Explore a fun filled day around the beach town of San Pedro. Indulge in a delicious dinner at one of the fabulous local restaurants at night and enjoy your short drive home:
- Go down Seagrape St.
- Turn Right at Xanadu Resort
Salty Anchor
- Head down a quite residential road
- At the end of the road come to a stop
- Turn Right to go toward Salty Anchor
Fork In The Road
- Come down the street until you reach the fork in the road
- Make a Left turn at the fork
Island Freight Yard
- You will come to the end of the road
- Turn Right at the Island Freight Yard
Private Road
- First street you come to your private road flanked by water on both sides
- Turn Left onto your road
